Your personal data may be held in our secure, cloud based CRM system and document repository.    Implicit to this is the fact that data may be physically stored on servers outside of EU member states.  Our suppliers and vendors, which provide these services to Demarq are however, fully compliant with the GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless it is necessary to the performance of a contract, we have your permission to do so or if we are under a duty to disclose of share your personal data to comply with any legal obligation or to enforce or apply our terms of use or to protect the rights, property or safety of Demarq, our customers or others.
